Job summary

Catamount Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contracts from start to finish, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and keep the project schedule on track.

You will lead purchasing, document updates, and ensure compliance with contract documents while managing stakeholder relationships. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, proactive problem solving, and effective communication across multi-market projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences or a related field.
• Experience with Procore or willing to learn and use in projects.
• Experience with general contractor projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Document project updates during construction and keep logs of changes.
• Establish the purchasing plan with strong negotiation skills and make timely buyout decisions.
