Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to estimate time, materials, labor and cost.
• Combine historical data and current trends to create estimates.
• Solicit subcontractors and select the right ones for the project.
• Review bid scope sheets and proposals for accuracy.
• Hand off estimating projects to the Project Manager clearly and timely.
