Job summary

SCS Engineers is seeking a project engineer to support the Coconut Creek and West Palm Beach offices, delivering engineering services in landfill, gas, and solid waste management. You will apply field and office skills to projects across permitting, design, construction, and environmental monitoring.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a PE or eligibility within 6 months, with CAD proficiency and a valid driver's

Qualifications

Requires a BS in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant civil/environmental consulting experience.
PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Lead design and permitting for landfill and landfill gas systems.
Manage projects and personnel to meet client and company expectations.
Perform field data collection, surveys, and QA/QC reviews.
Develop proposals and support business development.
Provide senior engineering guidance and coordinate resources.
