Job summary

Rising Edge Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. You will work under the Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery within budget, with a focus on safety and quality.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 1–3 years in project engineering, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, strong communication, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role within construction or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for engineering projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Review technical drawings and specs to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
• Maintain all project documentation including plans, specs, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement solutions as needed.
• Support procurement with RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Facilitate communication within the project team and document decisions.
