Harlan Electric Company, a MYR Group subsidiary, seeks a Project Engineer to manage data for project readiness, coordinate subcontractor POs, and ensure compliance across transmission, distribution, and substation projects. You’ll support schedule development, document management, and cross-functional collaboration within a safety‑driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in electrical/construction support, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with Procore or similar tools.

• Experience in document control or construction project support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and file management systems
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents
• Collaborative team player with proactive communication
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple tasks
• Analytical ability with strong numerical and estimating capability
• Scheduling tools and document management systems proficiency
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Aufgaben

• Handle subcontractor purchase orders and project readiness data
• Review subcontractor addenda and contract documents for compliance
• Coordinate quotes and vendor/subcontractor communication
• Support schedule development and milestone tracking for pre-construction activities
• Maintain document retention and project administration duties
• Assist with continuous improvement of subcontractor and PO processes
