Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in document control or construction project support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and file management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents.
• Collaborative team player with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor purchase orders and documentation from start to finish.
• Verify subcontractor addenda and contracts are current and compliant prior to project start.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on subcontractor compliance and data submission.
• Support schedule development and milestone tracking for pre-construction activities.
• Maintain document retention and provide subcontractor support.
