Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer responsible for coordinating information flow on active projects. You will manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, safety documentation, and field reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field and have internship experience; proficiency with Procore and MS Office is expected. This on-site role focuses on collaboration with subcontractors and the design team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: manage project documentation and distribute changes.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and respond to design team.
• Manage submittals and logs in Procore.
• Upload and track safety documentation and site visit logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Generate meeting agendas and distribute minutes.
• Report on submittals, RFIs and critical project issues.
• Support safety and quality meetings with the team.
