Job summary

Focus-Development-Inc is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Senior Project Manager and team with drawing issuance, submittals, RFI logs, LEED program, and QA duties using Procore. The role includes coordination of drawings, permits, and project documentation, with potential office build-out and safety program support.

The candidate should have 0-3 years’ experience, a 4-year degree related to engineering or construction, and strong organizational and communication skills for multi-family

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Studies or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years’ experience in construction project coordination or PE support.
• Strong interest in multi-family and/or commercial construction, self-motivated and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drawing management, submittals, and RFI logs using Procore.
• Support bidding package preparation and document compilation.
• Maintain sketch log, Exhibit documents, and punchlist coordination.
• Assist with close-out tasks and project office setup.
