Job summary

Curt G. Joa, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support engineering projects through technical design, documentation, and validation.

Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will ensure deliverables meet specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards, bridging design and execution with hands-on support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with design reviews, risk assessments, testing activities, and provide on-site support during project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in engineering or equipment design.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support project transition from pre-sale to post-sale teams.
• Assist in risk assessments and countermeasures.
• Prepare and maintain engineering work orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design progress.
• Provide on-site technical support during project execution.
• Help develop product design validation requirements and testing.
• Contribute to design reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare technical presentations and reports for stakeholders.
