Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from scope to completion. You will define objectives, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate status to stakeholders while ensuring on-time delivery and required functionality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Production, and Design teams, troubleshooting production equipment, applying APQP, FMEA, PPAP and other design techniques, and traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project status and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Provide clear and consistent updates on project status and key metrics
• Troubleshoot and support production equipment and processes
• Provide technical assistance to Sales and other departments
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• Travel up to 25–50% as required
