Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead a broad range of moderately to complex projects, including equipment procurement, facility upgrades and automation.

You will work with multiple manufacturing facilities and collaborate with NPD, Commercial, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, EH&S, Finance and leadership teams. Competitive base pay with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience (ABET accredited preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years related experience in project engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with machine design, electrical systems, and control software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, preparation and execution of projects.
• Define scope and objectives for capital funding approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Direct and support project teams through risks and issues.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Travel up to 25% to other plant locations as needed.
