Job summary

Worthington Enterprises seeks a Project Engineer to drive a range of projects from equipment installs to process improvements. You will interact with NPD, Commercial, Supply Chain and more while managing budgets, scope and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring manufacturing experience, PLC/HMI and electrical controls knowledge, and an ABET‑accredited engineering degree. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, ABET-accredited preferred.
• Minimum two years related experience.
• Experience with machine design, safety controls and PLC/HMI systems is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management from planning to execution.
• Define project scope, objectives and capital funding documents.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules for projects.
• Direct and support project teams, manage risks and issues.
• Report status and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Travel up to 25% to other plant locations as needed.
