The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to read electrical/hydraulic/PLC drawings; proficiency in Oracle, Excel, Word, and E‑mail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance repair.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team-based organization.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC drawings.
• Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Email) and Oracle.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with Planners.
• Works on long‑term maintenance/engineering projects.
• Coordinates with Area Managers on safety, equipment, and building issues.
• Attends safety, maintenance and management review meetings.
• Oversees maintenance/MRO purchasing employee evaluations.
