Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking a Project Engineer to provide technical coordination across the engineering portfolio from concept to closeout. You will work with engineering, project management, sales, procurement, and production to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.

The role requires independent technical judgment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to support safety, quality, cost, and manufacturability goals throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in engineering/design/manufacturing support or project coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD systems, including SolidWorks, preferred.
• Strong reading and interpretation of engineering drawings, models, specs, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical coordination across the engineering portfolio and support planning, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Coordinate work performed by internal teams, external firms, vendors, and contract resources.
• Develop clear scopes of work, technical requirements, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
