Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage progress and change.
• Manages complex subcontract scopes and administration including defining work scope and monitoring progress.
• Reviews contract obligations and assists site manager at project start-up.
• Manages change orders, pricing, negotiation, and cost/schedule impact.
• Develops and monitors overall project schedule.
