Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years’ of experience or 6 years’ of construction related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generate approved monthly billing and earned values.
• Develop and manage the project schedule.
• Analyze targets, job cost summaries, and related reports.
• Collaborate with pre-construction to manage job transitions.
• Review and confirm compliance reports and advise the Project Manager.
