Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years construction-related experience; or an equivalent combination
• Strong ability to read and interpret general business documents and schedules

Responsibilities

• Generates and obtains approvals of monthly billing and earned values
• Develops and manages the project schedule on small or mid-sized projects
• Analyzes targets and goals, job cost summaries, and other reports
• Coordinates with the Superintendent, Field Project Engineer, and Line and Grade to generate required as-built records
• Manages work package closure, punch lists, and project turnover process
