Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of construction experience, or 6 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and schedules.
• Strong communication with all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate and approve monthly billing and earned value.
• Develop and manage the project schedule for small to mid-sized projects.
• Monitor job costs and prepare change orders.
• Coordinate procurement plans and purchase orders.
• Maintain field records and project turnover documentation.
