Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, engineering, or related field or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience with submittals, RFIs, and project documentation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process submittals and RFIs with timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting minutes and format correspondence for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate bid packages and monitor project billings from start to finish.
• Help develop and update project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintain project files, logs, and safety program compliance.
