Job summary

You will manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and documentation; coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; assist with schedules, draws, and closeout, participate in project meetings, and uphold our safety program through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction technology or related field or equivalent construction experience.
• Familiarity with Primavera Scheduling, SureTrak, MS Project, Timberline, Asta Powerproject, and CMiC is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process Submittal and RFI project documentation, ensuring timely distribution to relevant partners.
• Compose meeting minutes, interoffice memos, and format correspondence for stakeholders including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Coordinate and monitor the bid package process, ensuring comprehensive quote coverage.
• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of project billings (draws) from start to finish.
• Activate and maintain accurate project files, including logs for changes, permits, submittals, RFIs, etc.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, actively managing timelines.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to effective team communication.
• Maintain close-out documents for project completion, including O&M manuals.
• Uphold safety program compliance and participate in safety inspections.
