Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a construction-related role.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project start-up activities and documentation.
• Create, maintain, and update project logs and reports.
• Review project documents and coordinate procurement efforts.
• Support the Project Manager by monitoring expenses.
• Participate in project closeout activities.
• Promote company safety policies and compliance.
