The Role

As a Sr. Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of impactful construction projects from early planning through final close‑out - while building trusted relationships with clients, trade partners, and colleagues along the way. In this role, you’re not just managing work - you’re shaping outcomes. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, solve complex challenges, and mentor project teams, all while balancing schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

You’ll work alongside experienced leaders who value collaboration, transparency, and doing the right thing.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out, owning results across schedule, budget, quality, and safety
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Owners and design partners, building trust through transparency and follow‑through
  • Coordinate with Estimating, Superintendents, Accounting, and Field teams to ensure strong project start‑ups and smooth execution
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to clearly define scope, risks, and responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, logistics, schedules, and procurement strategies that set teams up for success
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection to ensure alignment with project requirements, performance expectations, and safety standards
  • Facilitate job progress meetings to track milestones, resolve issues, and keep teams aligned
  • Monitor job costs, approve invoices, and proactively manage financial performance against budget and forecast
  • Champion a proactive safety culture by reinforcing company safety programs and expectations on every jobsite
  • Guide project close‑out activities, including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, lien waivers, and final documentation
  • Mentor and support project staff, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Support business development efforts by strengthening client and industry relationships and identifying future opportunities
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience successfully managing complex construction projects with a high level of accountability
  • 14+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership roles such as Project Manager, APM, or Project Engineer
  • Strong client‑facing skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships and repeat business
  • Deep knowledge of construction means and methods, contract administration, and risk management
  • Financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Excellent communication skills - you can lead meetings, resolve conflict, and present information clearly and confidently
  • A collaborative leadership style that motivates teams, values field expertise, and earns trust
  • Proficiency with construction technology and software (Procore preferred), Microsoft Office, scheduling, and accounting tools
  • Familiarity with AIA contract documents and project administration best practices
  • A commitment to safety, integrity, and quality in everything you do
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work between office and project sites as needed
