Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly organized professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field to support commercial construction projects in Indianapolis. You will read drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders while keeping schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Understanding of project scheduling principles.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
