Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer in the United States. You will learn concrete construction fundamentals on-site under a dedicated manager and mentors, with a proven integration training program designed to accelerate your career progression.

Ideal candidates will be action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within Lithko’s nationwide operations, joining projects across multiple locations and contributing to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work/military experience) before start date.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives and track progress; replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and integration program.
