Job summary

South Bay Construction in Campbell, CA is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead tenant improvements, ground-up projects, and guide project teams from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality and safety, and serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and consultants.

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience with tenant improvements and new construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial TI and ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and provide clear reporting.
