Job summary

Ironmark Building Co. in Minneapolis is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Engineer to support the project team from early estimation through project delivery.

The PE will assist in permitting, submittals, change management, and coordination with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget and quality goals. Opportunities for professional growth and development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience in ground up commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, standards and industry practices.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Word/Excel; familiarity with Procore, Timberline, Sage, OST.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in obtaining, evaluating, and distributing information to construct projects on time and within budget.
• Support permitting and city coordination for all aspects of a project.
• Coordinate submittals and shop drawings through project completion.
• Assist in take-offs, bidding, and estimating from start to finish.
• Schedule and attend project meetings; take minutes.
