• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Track budgets, change orders, and cost reports
• Maintain project schedules and support milestone tracking
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design partners
• Participate in jobsite meetings and inspections
• Support closeout documentation and turnover processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role over time
