Job summary

MPI, a prominent Midwest business services organization, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for its construction department in Wisconsin. The role focuses on supporting project managers from planning to execution across commercial projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with tenant improvements, coordination, RFIs, and scheduling, while collaborating with experienced PMs and leadership in a lean team environment. Growth into a Project Manager role is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project support role within commercial construction.
  • Experience with tenant improvements, renovations, or interior build-outs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project scheduling.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
