Ironmark Building Co. in the Minneapolis metro area seeks a commercial/multifamily construction Superintendent to lead all field activities on a major project. You will manage the budget and schedule while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, with travel as needed to project locations. A strong leadership background and 5+ years in field supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Superintendent experience in ground up, wood frame, commercial construction; multi-family experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of construction management software: Microsoft Project and Procore.
• OSHA Training, CPR/First Aid Certification, and LEED training encouraged.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance with Ironmark apparel recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field construction activities on a major multifamily project in the Minneapolis metro area.
• Oversee budget, schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance to meet timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, government officials, and clients in a professional manner.
• Supervise site personnel, train assistants, and ensure site organization and safety practices.
