Job summary

RIMEPRO Inc. in South San Francisco is seeking experienced Project Engineers to join our established general contracting team handling commercial construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and ground-up developments across the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will support Project Managers and field crews through all phases, coordinate RFIs, submittals, changes, and invoices, and help manage documentation, schedules, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and docs.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering preferred; equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, changes, and project docs.
• Assist with subcontractor bidding and procurement.
• Review drawings and contract documents for accuracy.
• Maintain project records and meeting minutes.
• Assist with scheduling and cost tracking.
