RIMEPRO INC in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from budgeting to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating MEP trades and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience, a degree in Construction Management or related field, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Excel. LEED a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, bidding, subcontracting, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience with MEP coordination and Plan & Spec, Design Build methods.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project and Excel; LEED a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare budgets and estimates using drawings and specs.
• Manage projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cost controls and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, permitting, bidding, and documentation.
• Maintain project records and reports, ensure client satisfaction.
