Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects including tenant improvements and specialized builds in life sciences, healthcare, education, and technology sectors.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate bids, scheduling, documentation, and cost tracking from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers through all phases from bidding to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding, procurements and negotiations.
• Support estimating for self-performed work and project proposals.
• Assist with prime contract administration and subcontracts issuance.
• Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes).
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Support project scheduling, material procurement and long-lead item tracking.
• Assist with owner invoicing and cost tracking; review subcontracts.
