Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to read drawings and documents, manage RFIs and submittals, and support project scheduling and procurement.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills for coordinating office and field activities.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Support startup activities, including signage, equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, logs, and project correspondence.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and change orders.
• Support quality control, safety compliance, and project closeout activities.
