Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our Commercial Division. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial concrete projects from start to finish alongside Project Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities include project management, estimating, scheduling, cost tracking, and quality control, with opportunities to develop technical and project management skills in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or an Associate's degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial concrete construction or construction project management is highly desirable.
• Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, coordination, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects.
• Review project contracts, drawings, specs, and scopes of work to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Assist with developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules to support timely completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support efficient operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors through clear communication.
