Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, execution, and financial oversight of commercial concrete projects. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, procurement, cost tracking, and communications with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Associate degree with relevant construction experience considered.
1+ years construction experience from a subcontractor’s perspective; concrete construction experience a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong cost, schedule, safety and quality management.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, execution and financial management of commercial concrete projects.
Assist with project documentation, scheduling, procurement and cost tracking.
Communicate with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Develop and maintain updated schedules and daily reports for each project.
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on all projects.
Manage subcontract labor and in-house crews; schedule concrete deliveries.
