Job summary

GAF is offering a Project Engineering Co-Op for 2027 aimed at students pursuing degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. The program provides hands-on experience on high-profile projects, with rotations and formal report-outs to GAF leaders.

Assignments are full-time and may include a temporary living or relocation allowance depending on location. Base salary is disclosed as part of the offer, and opportunities exist to return for additional terms while completing

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Able to work full-time for 6 months during specified terms in 2027.
• Strong problem solving, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing raw material quality assurance activities and material performance.
• Conducting problem solving investigations and troubleshooting to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives with suppliers.
• Providing technical support and analytical analysis for material issues.
• Involvement with data flow diagrams/technical diagrams.
