GAF is offering a Project Engineering Co-Op for 2027 in the United States. Candidates work on high-profile projects as integral team members while gaining practical experience in chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines.

Assignments run as full-term co-ops with potential for return terms during education. Compensation includes a competitive salary and, depending on location, a temporary living or relocation allowance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA; sophomore standing preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time for 6 months (Jan–Jun 2027) or (Jun–Dec 2027).
• Ability to generate accurate and concise technical reports.
• Strong problem solving, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing raw material quality assurance activities and material performance.
• Conducting problem solving investigations and root cause analysis.
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives with suppliers.
• Providing technical support and analytical analysis for material issues.
• Involvement with data flow diagrams/technical diagrams.
