Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communications.
• Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, assist with planning, and coordinate with field staff and subcontractors.
• Assist in preconstruction and estimating activities, including quantity takeoffs and bid package prep.
• Support field operations with material coordination, progress photos, safety walks, and punch lists.
• Learn to use project systems and tools like Bluebeam and Procore for document updates and tracking.
