The position requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background with 2+ years of construction engineering experience, with bridge exposure considered a strong plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction engineering experience.
• Bridge experience is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage project engineering and related personnel functions and activities.
• Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support the overall construction schedule (Primavera P6).
• Provide technical support for construction effort including planning and design interpretation, construction methods, and resolution of design conflicts.
• Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work-controlling documents (submittals, RFIs, expediting material deliveries, payment of subcontractors/vendors and owner pay requests).
• Represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings.
• Interface all on-site departments as required to resolve problems and ensure quality of construction and schedule.
• Oversee all pre-construction services, design-build services, and business development for the project.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
