M.C. Dean is seeking a technically capable engineer with a B.S. in engineering (ABET accredited) to support project documentation and procurement tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing submittals and RFIs, maintaining daily records, managing change orders, and ensuring accurate project documentation. ABET-accredited degree is required, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Process submittals.
• Process RFIs.
• Maintain daily work tickets.
• Post RFIs and change orders.
• Track and manage change orders.
• Maintain as-builts as work is completed.
• Document project issues/conditions.
• Maintain organized and detailed project records.
• Submit hours and cost codes.
• Obtain permits, badges and access requests in advance.
• Assist with preparing change orders.
• Manage project library.
• Participate in Key Project Review (KPR).
