The role emphasizes adherence to basic engineering standards, meticulous documentation, and efficient project support across submittals, RFIs, change orders, and permits.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering program preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Ability to follow engineering standards, codes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Processing submittals.
• Processing RFIs.
• Keeping up daily work tickets.
• Posting RFIs and change orders.
• Tracking and managing change orders.
• Maintaining as-builts as work is completed.
• Documenting project issues/conditions.
• Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
• Submitting hours and cost codes.
• Obtaining permits, badges and access requests in advance
• Assists with preparing change orders.
• Manage project library. Participates in KPR (Key Project Review).
