Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project completion and punch list.
• Prepare specifications for materials and equipment purchases.
• Prepare invoices and submit O&M manuals.
• Assist in development of full estimate.
• Participate in Key Project Review (KPR).
• Coordinate and maintain logs and schedule.
• Update schedules and track productivity reports.
• Identify value-added solutions and cost savings.
