Job summary

Harper GC in Raleigh, NC seeks an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Engineer (PE) to join a collaborative PM team focused on safety, quality, and keeping projects on schedule. You will assist the PM and Superintendent, manage submittals, procurement, and cost tracking while upholding Harper safety standards.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience; water/wastewater exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Water/wastewater experience is a plus; other relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Superintendent to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and track submittals and material procurement.
• Assist in cost tracking and change order documentation.
• Maintain project files, drawings, and schedule records.
• Build positive Trade Partner relationships and assist in coordination.
