Job summary

This role develops Lean practices, supports procurement, maintains drawings, and helps with reports and meetings, working with foremen, subcontractors, and field staff to advance project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Entry level construction experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture on site.
• Assists with estimating, change management, and subcontractor proposals.
• Supports on-site tasks, monitoring crew size, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Prepares reports, drawings, schedules, and meeting documentation.
