Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture; mentor others.
• Supports estimating and change management including take-off and reviewing subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with project team to monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials and equipment.
• Prepares and disseminates project documentation and participates in meetings.
• Produces daily/weekly reports and supports project scheduling and procurement logs.
• Assists with project close-out and handover documentation.
• Learns Lean practices and self-perform opportunities on projects.
