Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Entry level construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality planning and fosters an injury‑free environment.
• Supports QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and tools, including quantity take‑off and subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with the project team to monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
• Participates in punch lists, city inspections, safety reviews and documentation.
• Posts drawings and specifications with the latest information.
• Prepares and disseminates project documentation and participates in meetings.
• Generates reports such as daily/weekly progress, manpower, schedules and equipment tracking to support the project.
• Performs site observations and tracks procurement and deliveries.
