Job summary

Responsibilities

• Expedite the delivery of material and supplies
• Assist in verifying stored materials
• Compile and distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain and improve client relations
• Assist Superintendent and PM in Safety and Quality Control
• Maintain accurate contract documents
• Maintain all project management logs.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance.
• Expedite flow of information between Owner, Architect, and Contractor.
• Assist in monitoring and updating schedules.
• Assist in preparing monthly draw request.
• Assist in coordinating punch list procedures with Owner/Architect.
• Notify subcontractors and/or material suppliers of deficiencies.
• Assist Senior Management and Superintendent in verifying completion of punch list items.

Job description

• Maintain accurate contract documents, including specifications, drawings, addenda and changes to the work
• Maintain all project management logs (RFI’s, Submittals, COR’s, Allowances etc.)
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance
• Expedite flow of information between Owner, Architect, and Contractor
• Assist in monitoring and updating schedules
• Assist in preparing monthly draw request by confirming approved work and stored materials
• Assist in coordinating punch list procedures with Owner/Architect
• Notify all subcontractors and/or material suppliers of any deficiencies under the punch list which are their responsibility
• Assist Senior Management and Superintendent in verifying completion of punch list items
