Job summary

raise consulting is seeking a Project Engineer to support a growing portfolio of multifamily wood-frame and podium projects in the Los Angeles area. The role offers a clear path toward Assistant PM and PM roles with exposure to Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership.

You will coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and ownership teams while assisting with schedules, documentation, and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience in a Project Engineer/Assistant PM role.
• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, podium, or wood-frame construction preferred.
• Understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation.

I'm partnering with a growing multifamily general contractor that is looking to add a Project Engineer to support their active portfolio of wood-frame and podium projects throughout Los Angeles. My client specializes in the construction of 30 to 60-unit multifamily developments, primarily Type III and Type V wood-frame over podium and subterranean parking structures, and is seeking someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent through all phases of construction.
