Ideal candidates have 2+ years in heavy civil, mechanical, or industrial projects and strong technical, scheduling, and communication skills. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Viewpoint, and estimating software preferred.
  • Knowledge of MCAA labor units, cost tracking, and construction best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.

  • Support field labor teams to ensure safety, scheduling, and quality control
  • Maintain communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments

Summary

We are representing a growing mechanical and industrial construction firm seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. This position supports project operations from estimating through execution. Key Responsibilities
