Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Project Engineer (Level 2/3) for a dynamic industrial construction team in Vancouver, WA. You will lead project coordination, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and field operations while mentoring junior staff and delivering complex projects safely.

The role requires 2–5 years of industrial construction experience, a related degree, and proficiency with scheduling/estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of industrial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and productivity tracking.
• Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, proposals, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting within Procore.
• Track labor productivity, project costs, and forecasting.
• Lead field quality control documentation and implementation.
• Support invoicing, project cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate safety planning, toolbox talks, and field compliance.

Salary: Level 2: $91,000–$103,000, Level 3: $101,000-$115,000 / annually, DOE + 7% Bonus
